Mohamed Amadu Sesay
I wish to acknowledge in no uncertain terms that the Council (Kenema District Council) is faced with a towering task of providing services to the people of Kenema district. I assume this responsibility as chairman mindful of this fact but with a strong will, and sense of commitment towards mobilizing human and financial resources to ensure that our development plan is translated into expenditure programs, year in year out. The past financial years, we succeeded in identifying key areas of public interest, in terms of service delivery and resolved them in spite of the challenge of limited financial resource. A good number of our interventions were sector related and in line with the aspirations of our people.
